About Us

Our Story

Dough Mamas CLE is a home-based sourdough micro bakery run by long-time friends and fellow mamas, Shannon and Tori! We both started our sourdough journeys back in 2020 (yes, we are the quintessential covid bakers) as a way of bringing real bread back into our homes for our families to enjoy. We fell in love with the practice, the end product, and fast forward a few years and here we are - doing something that we love and sharing it with those around us. We can't wait to bake for you and yours!
